Reflections while studying Tai Chi, Hsing-I and Bagua in Taiwan

What can I tell you that real truly make a difference in your life? I don’t know. I don’t know where to start. There is a whole world put together that is a false-world: a world of pain and sacrifice. Then, there is a whole different world inside. One that is uncompromisingly full of love and delight. Earning each opportunity to have a personal ahaha…. that is the game of this God of ours and the point of life. For whatever reason we don’t much believe what we are told by others. For some reason, most of us, need to learn by trail and flailing. It’s as if we must live through our own personal lost landscapes and hell-realms within our mind and outward tragedy until we discover something we are really trying to find… We are all really just searching for love, in life.

When the heart is open and we have courage to follow it, it is possible to come out of the collective fog and the nefarious governmental-monetary-industrial-corporate system’s hypnosis.

I have found that waking from the hypnosis requires “3 key things” and a desire to want to also bring love to life along with find things that meet dreams or expectations of what we might get or … find.

Loving plant-based nutrition: 1.) Eating only low-fat human-edible plant products and honey. To do this, I recommend following the Medical Medium. Doing so for myself, literally saved my life and also reinforced for me the understanding that we are meant to cultivate and harvest our food sources with love and stewardship not out of control “hunger” for whatever we want - which justifies pain and suffering for ourselves or other beings. After going back and forth from vegitarian to paleo to carnivore to vegan I can honestly say - all have flaws in them because they lack an understanding of true biology and the biosphere we live in. Anthony Williams is the prophet of our time concerning food-wise. He also has a lot to say about soul loss and soul retrieval, which I of course - Love.

Joyous movement: 2.) Movement coming to rest is delicious but constant stillness is not only painful it dulls the senses. We are spirits - literally electricity that longs to go from here to there - and everywhere. Holding still is painful to our true nature. We are not meant to mentate ourselves to “death.” Thinking about everything incessantly is painful to the body. Being still and doing this while looking at a flat universe of 1s and 0s is ever more painful. We need to express our soul through our form to remain youthful and full of health. The exact kind of movement can vary but I recommend strong studying simultaneously 2-3 different kinds of movement methods and including at least a little bit of yoga, martial arts and/or going out into prestine nature sometimes.

Daily shamanic journeying and meditation 3) Placing our inner aware towards our heart and asking the portal of our heart to allow us to connect with who we really are and what reality truly is - brings us the greatest empowerment we can activate while we are in bio-suites during this life. Shamanic journey activates something deep inside that wants to fly free and wide. Our imagination becomes more than a door to fantasy, it becomes a bridge to heaven’s wisdom and nature’s raw power. Personal empowerment is easy when we look within and discover how to remain open as well to the hearts of others in our world.

A life that takes in living happy foods, moves the body with passion, discipline and commitment, and practices shamanic journeying and meditation on a regular basis is a life that brings more awareness to the consciousness of the mind and health to the body’s eco-system.

I call this kind of living “Joyfulution,” because it is all about allowing our joy to bring us forward into a better quality of life. In my own life, I can honestly say that a plant-based, low-fat, non-caffeinated, sun-loving food plan is re-verse aging my body as well as igniting greater spiritual communication capacities within my heart. Not ceasing to find ways to move my body including practicing very new kinds of movement while remaining dedicated to older modalities I like has given me stamina both in my body’s vitality and also within my mind-set when I feel challenged by… life. And finally, shamanic journeying, well, I can’t really convey how much that for me finding the shaman’s drum and the shaman’s path has saved my life… many times over and over again.

The only other thing I can really offer for a moment of reflection is this - surrendering to our higher spirit’s will and that of God’s for our life is truly the only way to find the feeling of “freedom” on the inside.

There is no way out - only a way through to where we all get to the place we are going together. None of us gets to just get-by. We all must try. When we hold hands and step across the line from fear to faith together, we will find a whole new world in this material realm. It will become the one we remember in our hearts and minds from another…. place where there is no time.
